Qayyid is an independent resource that makes UAE e-invoicing simple for freelancers and small businesses — with accurate answers built on the official decisions, not guesswork.

Our method

Every number and date on the site comes from the published official decisions — Cabinet Decision 106/2025 for penalties, and Ministerial Decisions 64, 243 and 244 of 2025 — and we always link to the Ministry of Finance portal as the single authoritative source.

Why accuracy-first?

A lot of misinformation circulates (e.g. "mandatory from July 2026" or "non-VAT businesses are exempt"). We correct it. We monitor the accredited-provider list and the MoF page weekly and update the site as soon as they change.

What we don't do

Qayyid provides general information and free tools, not tax or legal advice. Always verify your situation with the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Tax Authority, or a licensed adviser.
